Wholesale Policy

Terms :

To be eligible to purchase products at wholsale prices, The Texas Warehouse requires that you have a valid Resale/ Use Tax ID number that will be varified. You must fill out a resale certificate to be registered for wholesale purchasing.
Texas Tax Exeption Form can be faxed to (281) 859-8583. After information is verified a company representative will contact you.
All wholesale accounts must be prepayed by check or money order.

Damaged Products :

Customers must inspect the shipment upon arrival and note any damages or shortages on the shipping invoice before signing. They then should call the carrier for an inspector and keep all packing materials. In case of loss or damage caused by the carrier, a report should be made to that carrier.
Customers that receive damaged and/ or defective products must call for return authorization at (713) 419-3414 or fax (281) 859-8583 within 12 business days of the products shipped. If products do not get shipped correctly and or missing we need to be notified within 8 business days of the invoice date. The Texas Warehouse is not responsible for the replacement of missing and/ or damaged products while in transit. The shipping company will be responsible for any missing or damaged products after leaving the warehouse.

Prices are subject to change without notice and will be billed at prices in effect at the time of shipment.

Venue :

All transactions, including collection of amounts due, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. By placing an order or accepting goods, you agree that the service of process may be made in accordance with the rules of the courts of the State of Texas at the " bill to " or the " ship to " addresses which you designate, or any other addresses at which you have an actual office. In an for the collection of amounts due, the owner of The Texas Warehouse will be entitled to an award of collection costs including reasonable attorney's fee.

Retail Policy:

If shipping to a residential address or a lift gate is needed upon delivery additional charges may apply.
Truckload and Freight deliveries are curbside.
Setup is not included.
Pickups must pay sales tax and are scheduled by appointment only.
Finish, stain, plugs, dowels and all other add-on's are not included unless specified in the item description or noted on the invoice.

Any down payments agreed upon to the terms and conditions of the products ordered are non-refundable
A minimum restocking fee of 25% is applied to any order that is placed payed for then cancelled or returned for any reason.
Products not available at the time of shipment will be put on back-order. Some of the popular products may back-order up to 6 weeks.
Back-ordered products are automatically added to orders before shipping.
